For those of you who are here for Playstation 1 homebrew, good news!
I've created two new tools and put them on this website. 

As you might know, .TIM files are commonly used for image data for the Playstation 1, and .VAG files for audio. 
I've made it more convenient, and now you can convert images and audio to be used on the Playstation 1 directly on this website!

Online PSX TIM tool
The first tool allows you convert any image file to .TIM directly in the browser.

The second tool allows you to convert any audio file to .VAG, also without leaving the browser. 
You can check it out here. 

The tools never uploads your files, and do all its work in the browser.
So you can be calm I won't rip your sprites ;)
